To watch and participate in the SocialNext virtual conference, you will need a desktop or laptop computer and you will need to use a recently updated version of the Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox web browser.

The Safari and Microsoft Edge/Explorer web browsers are not compatible with our virtual conference platform .

The event cannot be viewed reliably on mobile devices or tablets.

If you use a Mac and using the Big Sur version of MacOS, it is best to connect to the event via an incognito tab in Google Chrome.

You will gain access to the conference through Circle, which is also where you bought your ticket.

We are unable to offer refunds or ticket transfers for SocialNext tickets.

Yes, we are offering a special discounted ticket for students with valid student ID from an accredited technical institute, college, or university in Canada. This ticket can be accessed through our ticket page. Note that we will request a photo of your valid student ID card after your purchase is complete.

Yes, we are offering a limited opportunity for nonprofit discounts. For details, please send an email to info@socialnext.ca along with the name of the organization, which province and city you’re located in, and the number of tickets you may be interested in purchasing.

Ticket Purchase and Refund Policy:

Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

If an event is postponed or canceled, ticket holders may receive a refund or have their tickets transferred to a rescheduled date.

Code of Conduct:

Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward others and comply with venue rules.

Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, and violators may be removed from the event without a refund.

Photography and Media Release:

By attending, participants consent to being photographed or filmed during the event.

These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes by the event organizers without compensation.

Liability Waiver:

Attendees participate at their own risk, and the organizers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event.

Event Changes:

The event organizers reserve the right to change the schedule, speakers, or venue without prior notice.
